Truth

We ought to want to know how Satan deceived Israel of Old and modern day Israel.

Oh, that all could get a view of it as God revealed it to me, that they might know more of the wiles of Satan and be on their guard! I saw that Satan was at work in these ways to distract, deceive, and draw away God's people, just now in this sealing time. I saw some who were not standing stiffly for present truth. Their knees were trembling, and their feet sliding, because they were not firmly planted on the truth, and the covering of Almighty God could not be drawn over them while they were thus trembling. Satan was trying his every art to hold them where they were, until the sealing was past, until the covering was drawn over God's people, and they left without a shelter from the burning wrath of God, in the seven last plagues. God has begun to draw this covering over His people, and it will soon be drawn over all who are to have a shelter in the day of slaughter. God will work in power for His people; and Satan will be permitted to work also. EW 44

Jesus receives His reward when we reflect His character, the fruits of the Spirit......We deny Jesus His reward when we do not.

Early writing 44.

Know more of the Wiles of Satan

What Satan wants people to believe:

     Bible not true
     Prayer useless
     No need for Jesus
     There's no Law
     There's no Satan

Amen!

"Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus." Romans 8:1 NIV

This is a most frequently quoted verse, as it reads from the NIV. It is not innocent to have removed the rest of the verse. It is one of Satan's deceptions to block the truth as to who is in Christ Jesus and have salvation. Multitudes believe in once saved always saved. And even more have been taught that they are in Christ Jesus if they "just believe." Just say the sinners prayer. What has been left out of Romans 8:1 in the NIV?

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  Romans 8:1 KJV

Here we see who it is that are in Christ Jesus and are not condemned.

To be a good student, let's see if this is correct and I did not take this verse out of context.  From Romans 8:9

But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His.

So yes we can say that those who walk not after the Spirit are indeed condemned. Reading in context from the KJV will help multitudes be undeceived if they are seeking after truth and will walk according to it.

It was always in God’s mind to save us

It is the everlasting covenant

I have a large collection of these truths from SOP
I put them to pictures and share but I didn’t write the sources down.

Amen dear sister!  As it was with Christ, so it is with all who love the Lord our God with the whole heart:

“Unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on Him, but also to suffer for His sake.” Philippians 1:29.

“And of all the gifts that Heaven can bestow upon men, fellowship with Christ in His sufferings is the most weighty trust and the highest honor.”  DA 224.

By faith:  wounds and bruises that sin has made will be healed in Him, shall be made whole

This word ‘whole’ means physical and spiritual healing

John 5:9
And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.

Notice that the kjv says ‘whole’
Most other versions say healed or made well which implies physical healing alone

Personally I prefer to be made ‘whole’
How about you?

Amen. A great blessing I can always remember is the opening paragraph of The Ministry of Healing:

Our Lord Jesus Christ came to this world as the unwearied servant of man's necessity. He “took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses,” that He might minister to every need of humanity. Matthew 8:17. The burden of disease and wretchedness and sin He came to remove. It was His mission to bring to men complete restoration; He came to give them health and peace and perfection of character.

Sadly few dare to believe that God wants to give us perfection of character. Why? Few teach this, thus few know the power of grace to transform sinners into saints. It is a common teaching that our righteousness when in Christ and He in us is as filthy rags. It is the imputed righteousness that saves us, thus it is taught and believed that we are saved in sin. :(  Jesus will not and cannot come until He has a people who have ceased to sin. It is past time to study that the Laodicean might wake up to the truth that they are wretched and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked. Blind means that they are blind to know they are in a lost state, but believe they are saved. Jesus says to the Laodicean "repent." Unless they repent they will not be forgiven of their known sins and thus remain lost.
Jesus receives His reward when we reflect His character, the fruits of the Spirit......We deny Jesus His reward when we do not.
