Thank you Brother Richard. The progressive nature of the prophetic messages is very helpful and it gives context. I will keep you in prayer. At sometime I do believe that God will give us more light on the B-12 issue. Personally, I am on the side of bacteria and building our intestinal environment as the solution. If the supplements can be made from specific bacteria externally then why is it not the case within us? Science is so far already heading in the right direction and one day we will have the answer.

There might be hope. While there isn't a known way to remove micro plastics from our organs there might be an "easy" way to remove them from our drinking water.

In some cases, up to 90 percent of the NMPs were removed by the boiling and filtering process, though the effectiveness varied based on the type of water.

While I've been forced at times to boil my water while in the backcountry I'm not sure that I desire the hassle of boiling my drinking water at home. Time will tell.

Agree.  Having the right gut bacteria should automatically make all the B12 we would need.
