I take one capsule of charcoal after eating garlic ridden food such as spaghetti with garlic & oil.  This takes care of  garlic odor from my mouth.

Won

Interesting. I'll have to try that with my family.  ;D

No. BBQ charcoal is poison.  You need go to the drug store, health food store, or online and get activated charcoal.  USP activated charcoal is certified for internal use. Don't buy capsules. It is very expensive and may be made out of gelatin. Buy a jar.

I was kidding about the BBQ charcoal, haha!..... Yes, I see there are lots of sellers online for activated charcoal, but first I'll check locally....Thanks!

Some do not understand. All they know about charcoal is that they use it in in their BBQ.  :(    It is good to qualify what we are sharing. Thanks for the opportunity.

I see charcoal used in quite a few places, fish tank water filters, vapor respirators when spray painting.
