Amen! And it is impossible to give living water to others if we are not filled with it ourselves. Thus the priests were required to wash their hands and feet in the laver prior to interring into ministry (Holy Place  or the altar of sacrifice).
Jesus receives His reward when we reflect His character, the fruits of the Spirit......We deny Jesus His reward when we do not.

Amen! When we love the Lord our God with all of the heart, then we are partakers of the divine nature. As such we have confessed our sins, and the result? A new heart which is cleansed whiter than snow!

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Amen! If God be for us, who can be against us! What shall we fear? That we forget the love and power of our God.

Amen, rahab!  If we will keep our minds stayed on Christ, we will not forget Him and thus be without protection from temptations that so easily beset us. This is to be our effort, to keep our minds stayed upon Christ. It is our only hope.
