Mark Finley was correct when he pointed out from the Bible that the "little horn" would think to change the times and the laws.
"And he shall speak [great] words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time." Dan. 7:25.The changing of the laws was the brazen change in the only thing God wrote with the finger of His own hand, the ten commandments given to Moses on the two tables of stone. Here are the commandments written in the Bible and on the two stone tablets:
1) 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
2) 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness [of any thing] that [is] in heaven above, or that [is] in the earth beneath, or that [is] in the water under the earth:
20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God [am] a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth [generation] of them that hate me;
20:6 And showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
3) 20:7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
4) 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
20:9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
20:10 But the seventh day [is] the sabbath of the LORD thy God: [in it] thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that [is] within thy gates:
20:11 For [in] six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them [is], and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
5) 20:12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
6) 20:13 Thou shalt not kill.
7) 20:14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.
8 ) 20:15 Thou shalt not steal.
9) 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
10) 20:17 .Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that [is] thy neighbour's Here is the Roman Catholic ten commandments:

You can see that the 2nd commandment inscribed on stone is missing in the Roman bible.
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness [of any thing] that [is] in heaven above, or that [is] in the earth beneath, or that [is] in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God [am] a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth [generation] of them that hate me;
showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments. Of course they removed it because it is their tradition to make graven images of Mary and bow down before her.
Then how is it that they have ten commandments since they cut out the second commandment? Notice that the 10th commandment inscribed on the stone written by the finger of God says:
".Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's."Now what does the 9th and 10th commandments say on the Roman commandments? They divided the 10th commandment into two commandments. Yes, the "little horn" did in fact change the laws of God. How about the times, did he change and times? He sure did. As Mark Finley pointed out by reading the Jesuit booklet that the Roman Catholic Church said they changed the Sabbath from the seventh day to the first day. They made the point there is nothing in the Bible that reveals the Sabbath Day was changed. They were right, there is nothing saying the Sabbath was changed in the Bible. Jesus rested on the first day of the week when He came forth from the tomb, He rested in the tomb on the seventh day. He was murdered on the sixth day in the afternoon and rested the next day, the seventh night and day, and came forth on the first day of the week.
God has allowed most of the professed Protestants and Roman Catholics to believe Sunday is the Sabbath. Why? Because the last test to come to the whole world is an easy test. All will have to make a decision on which law they are going to follow, the law of God or the law of the state which supports the Roman Catholic law. Yes, the Sabbath Day is the mark of God and the false sabbath is the mark of the beast, the law of the papacy. Yes, the papacy the head of the Roman Church did attempt to change the laws and the times in their effort to rule the world as they did in the dark ages when millions of Christians were tortured and murdered because they would not give up their Bibles nor recant of their love for God and His Word. Kings bow down and kiss the ring or foot of the pope. The Bible tells us the pope received a deadly wound which he did in 1798 when he was imprisoned by Napoleon.
"And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast." Rev. 13:3.
On a fateful day in February 1798, the streets of Rome witnessed an unprecedented event in the struggle between church and state: the capture of Pope Pius VI by General Louis Alexandre Berthier, an audacious act carried out the orders of Napoleon Bonaparte himself. This abduction not only shook the foundations of the Vatican but also sent ripples through the corridors of power across Europe. Pope Pius VI in prison It was the end of the 1260 years, the dark ages under the rule of beast.
Then what does the Word of God have to say about the papal system today? That his deadly wound would be healed and with America would attempt to lead the whole world to worship on the false sabbath. "And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed." Rev. 13:11,12. Yes, like in the dark ages, the false church would gain the support of the state to enforce her law, the sun day sabbath. Sadly what the Bible calls Babylon would unite with the Roman Church in support of the mark of the beast, sun day sabbath. Babylon being both the Roman Church and the false Protestants who in the past rejected her false gospel refusal to follow the Bible.
From the Book of Revelation:
14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive [his] mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here [are] they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
