Friedensau Adventist University Statement In Support of WO
« on: March 19, 2016, 12:21:15 PM »
Friedensau Adventist University Theology department has released a statement in favor of women's ordination. The PDF is available to download/read here.
O Lord, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps. O Lord, correct me, but with judgment; not in thine anger, lest thou bring me to nothing. Jeremiah  10:23-24

It doesn't surprise me. They have paganistic symbols in their letterhead.

"a  church loses credibility in contemporary society if it disregards human rights resting on the biblical Christian tradition."     Yes, Europe leads the world downward. Contemporary society has failed and is as Sodom and Gomorrah. And, the church having the world in it, wants to lower the standard to meet the world's standard. "Human rights resting on the Biblical Christian tradition"?  What do they mean by this? Biblical Christian tradition such as what? And why is "tradition" being discussed? Tradition often moves outside of Scripture. There are faithful Christians in Europe having to contend with what we have seen is a hierarchy in the church in some of the European conferences.
Jesus receives His reward when we reflect His character, the fruits of the Spirit......We deny Jesus His reward when we do not.

Quote
The deep allegory is the celestial Christ symbolized by the Chi Rho Cross which directly represents and depicts the slow precessional movement of the sun at the spring equinox into the constellation of Pisces as the dawn of the new age. Understanding this crucial point about the meaning of 'on earth as in heaven' is to my reading the key to unlocking the natural wisdom and real intent of the Bible.
