ABC has announced plans to develop a program on the life of Justin Bieber before he became famous.  "The burning question: who should play Bieber?" ABC

Halle Kiefer understands that our friend Angus is a "new man" and has a new image. "Finally, a show clean enough to star Angus T. Jones! Unless ABC plans to get into the seedy underbelly of Canadian groups (and we highly doubt they do), the Two And A Half Men star wouldn’t be a bad pick."
