I opened PSP and then a dialog box I need to use and found it so far at the top of the screen that the bar was out of sight, literally. No way to grab it and bring it back down. Only thing to do was google. I found this webpage,
Bring Misplaced Off-Screen Windows Back to Your Desktop (Keyboard Trick). My problem wasn't dual monitors, but that stratospheric dialog box. But I skimmed down the page, and using find, I came across a comment from a geek who wrote a little script to help those who couldn't use the fix in the original posting. Reading on a little further, some comments said they had used the script to bring back wayward dialog boxes. So I downloaded the script and gave it a try. It worked. It popped that dialog box back down where I could grab it. There are a number of other solutions suggested and some software, but I'll keep this little script. It worked! Oh, the script in case you need it.
