Iron (pronounced "arn" in Kentucky  ;D ) is one thing, but I'll pass on the aluminium.

Best by May 11 and 12? And they say that they pulled most of the product from their system?  It took awhile to get the message out. 99.9% of any bread with that date in retail stores has been eaten already. The stores pulled the bread long ago.  Better late than never, but it surely would be better to get the word out a little faster.

Yeah, I have always liked the taste of rusty well water. Of course after the main rush of rust has gone through the hydrant. We had never considered that a little arn in the water would hurt us.  ;D But then we thought the same about baking powder, aluminum cans, food coloring, pork chops and 24D weed killer.  :P
