Dr. Walter Strachan Critically Injured in Crash
« on: February 26, 2011, 08:50:13 PM »
A California couple was injured, one critically, Wednesday evening when their SUV slid off icy Highway 97 north of Madras and overturned, Oregon State Police said.

Dr. Strachan was seriously injured while his wife, Louann received minor injuries. The couple was transported by ambulance to St. Charles Medical Center-Redmond, where a nursing supervisor said the driver then was transfered by ambulance to St. Charles-Bend for treatment. He was listed in critical condition Thursday morning, and his wife had been treated and released, hospital officials said.

I understand that Dr. Strachan has been placed in a coma to stabilize his injury.

Richard, who is this doctor? I am very sorry to learn of his condition. Our prayers are with him and his family.

Dr Strachan is a Seventh-day Adventist Psychiatrist. He and his wife Louann are faithful to the light given to us as a people. He has been working with Uchee Pines. It has been a blessing to know that one educated in the worldly science of psychology has not been moved away from the foundation principles of good health. Let us pray that God will turn this sorrowful situation to good for Dr. Strachan and his family.
