Sister Bev Asleep in Jesus
« on: October 22, 2010, 10:44:23 PM »
Beverley Linda George-de Gourville, one of our dear online family members and wife of our Healthful Living moderator has gone to sleep in Jesus.  Bev and Curt have moved around the world for the last few years and while they have been a blessing to many, we have indeed missed them both. Sister Beverley's posts are a blessing to read. We shall have them until the Lord's return.

Sister Beverley and I met at the Toronto General Conference Session in 2000. That led to meeting her husband, Curt in San Francisco the following year. It is rare that we get to meet our online family in person, but it was my blessing to be able to do so with this family. One day soon we shall all meet on that beautiful sea of glass. Then we shall see Sister Bev's smiling face again.

Our condolences to Curt and his family.   Here is the Eulogy  delivered by Brother Curt and the program from the service which took place in San Fernando, Trinidad.

Jesus receives His reward when we reflect His character, the fruits of the Spirit......We deny Jesus His reward when we do not.

Oh, Richard, how very sad for Curt and their family. That you can say, "she went to sleep in Jesus," means everything! Thank you for letting us know - and for the link.
