Antidepressants & Bone Loss
Adverse side effects and a growing number of warnings aren't the only reasons to think twice about antidepressant drugs. Two studies--one following men and another women--link selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) with increased bone loss.
Whether you're feeling sad or mad, nutritional supplements--particularly B-vitamin complex and calcium/magnesium--plus stress reduction techniques may help.
