Walk Away From Cancer

Much research shows that exercise helps reduce the risk of breast and other cancers. Now, new findings from the Nurses' Health Study suggest that physical activity also lowers mortality among women with breast cancer, whether or not the disease is diagnosed early or after the cancer has spread.

"After my mastectomies I got right out there and started walking," says one 43 year-old cancer survivor, who now works out 4 hours a week. "Women with breast cancer have little to lose and much to gain from exercise," according to lead investigator Michelle D. Holmes, MD, DrPH, of Harvard Medical School.

The greatest benefit occurred among women who walked 3 to 5 hours a week at an average pace. While exercise is no substitute for medical treatment and many often be difficult for exhausted cancer patients, it is "something women can do that doesn't involve drugs and side effects," notes Debbie Saslow of the American Cancer Society. "Certainly no one is going to blame a woman for what she doesn't do," she adds. "But if you can [exercise], this [study] says you might benefit."

"Women don't have to run marathons," says Dr. Holmes, whose findings suggest that hormonal factors play a role. "The most logical explanation is that physical activity lowers hormone levels, and the lower hormone levels reduce the chance of [cancer] recurrence," she explains. --Source: JAMA, May 25, 2005 and www.voanews.com.

Water Has Almost Miraculous Health Benefits

It even helps prevent breast and other cancers. Indeed, several studies--including ones out of Harvard and Ohio State universities--suggest this single step can cut the risk of breast cancer by 33%, colon cancer by 45% and bladder cancer by 49%.

"By drinking lots of water, you replenish the lymphatic fluids that carry away the cellular waste products that can lead to cancer-causing free radical damage," explains Steve Meyerowitz, author of Water: The Ultimate Cure. Six glasses a day are suggested. --Woman's World, July 17, 2007.

Much cancer comes from eating and drinking cancer virus from animals. UC Berkeley found bovine Leukemia Virus in the breast tissue of about half of the breast cancer patients in the study.

The best way to prevent breast cancer is to keep the cancer virus out of your body. An ounce of prevention is worth about 5 tons of cure.

PS....where do you find cancer virus?  In the United States it is in many dairy products.

God loves us!  He knows the end from the very beginning.  It is late in the day and too many suffer because we have not done our job. God gave us a tool to reach out to the world, the right arm of the gospel, the health message. In that message we were given a lot of light. Two of the important truths entrusted to us as a people are that germs cause cancer and that the diseases of animals, including cancer, is transmitted to people through eating flesh and eggs, and drinking milk. This information was given to us over a hundred years ago with the warning that "soon" there would be no safety in eating eggs and milk because disease was increasing rapidly in animals. "Soon" came many years ago.

Today, in many countries dairy cows are infected with Bovine Leukemia Virus (BLV). Yes, a Leukemia virus!  And yes, it does indeed cause cancer in the cows. What is done with the cows that have this virus? They are milked until there is a danger that they will produce tumors, then they are butchered. They are milked until then and in their milk is the Bovine Leukemia Virus. Not all cows in most dairies have the virus, but the milk from infected and not infected cows is mixed together. Much of the dairy in many countries contains Bovine Leukemia Virus.

Is this enough information for most to take heed to the risk? No. Most will continue to feed their children dairy products even knowing this. It is the result of a fallen human nature and a corrupt education. The information I am sharing is easily found, it is not hidden from view any more than Mad Cow Disease is.

Why do I choose to discuss dairy in this Breast Cancer topic? I think that there is evidence to suggest that a cancer virus can cause different kinds of cancer. It appears that Bovine Leukemia Virus may be able to cause breast cancer. From what I have seen, there is a good case that can be made for this connection.

There are very few medical studies that look for such a connection that I am aware of. Epidemiological studies are a good source, but they do not pinpoint the science involved. But, we have one study that I know of where the they looked for a connection between the Bovine Leukemia Virus and breast cancer. Out of 39 breast cancer patients in the study, over half had Bovine Leukemia Virus in their breast tissue.

Yes, in their breast tissue. And, it may come as a great shock to many of you that most Americans have antibodies to BLV. We have not known these things, but now we may. It is also of interest that infected cow milk can cross specie barriers. Here is a little information on two chimps that died in less than a year from Leukemia after being fed cow milk.

Erythroleukemia and Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia were diagnosed in two of six infant chimpanzees (Pan troglodytes) fed from birth on unpasteurized milk from cows naturally infected with the bovine C-type virus. The chimpanzees died at 34 and 45 weeks of age after a 5 to 6-week illness characterized by lethargy, anorexia, leukocytosis, anemia, and progressive pneumonia. Blast cells and immature myeloid cells were prominent in bone marrow specimens and were present, although less conspicuous, in peripheral blood smears. At autopsy, both animals showed infiltration of neoplastic cells in the bone marrow, spleen, lymph nodes, and, to a much lesser extent, in the lungs, liver, and kidneys. Four chimpanzees in the milk-fed group and all six in the control group are alive and apparently healthy. The experimental chimpanzees were all housed together, but only the two affected animals received milk during the immediate neonatal period from cow BF044, our most reliable and abundant source of bovine C-type virus. Neither leukemia nor P. carinii pneumonia has been reported previously in chimpanzees. Electron microscopic and serological studies failed to demonstrate the presence of bovine C-type virus in either the milk-fed or control animals studied. However, the two leukemic chimpanzees died before their buffy-coat cells could be examined. source

Alcohol and Breast Cancer

Even light drinking can contribute to breast cancer. A National Cancer Institute team tracked over 183,000 postmenopausal women for an average of 7 years.

Women who drank 1 or 2 alcoholic drinks a day had a 32% increased risk of the disease--and those who had 3 or more drinks a day had a whopping 51% increased risk. Less than one drink a day still led to a 7% increased risk compared to non-drinkers. Beer, wine and hard liquor all had the same impact.

Breast cancer is the second most common cancer and is the most common cancer in women. The highest incidence of breast cancer in women of any country in the world is found in the United States. Breast cancer can also occur in males as the breast tissue is composed of identical tissue but is 100 times less common. Survival rates in men are the same as in women suffering from breast cancer. Breast cancer is more common in women after they gone through the menopause but is also diagnosed in women under 50 each year. One in nine women will develop breast cancer during their life.

(Looking forward to 2015, we find BLV causes Breast Cancer--souce )

Thanks Br. Richard for bringing up this topic again. Indeed, this timely subject should perhaps stay near the top where it can be viewed by many.  May the Lord help our people  take heed and implement this life-saving info.

Here is other pertinent information on breast cancer:

* "In laboratory studies, insulin promotes the growth of breast cancer cells. --The National Cancer Institute.  (Diabetics taking extra insulin should do all in their power to reduce the amount required.  It can be done!)

*  A 10-year study of women with breast cancer showed that those who participated in support groups lived an average of 18 months longer than those who did not. --Los Angeles Times, April 8, 1996.

*  Smoking, even passive smoking (secondhand smoke) increases the risk of this cancer, according to research from Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health.

EarthSave, Winter 1996, - "Breast cancer is perhaps the end-produce of a lifetime of insults to the system.  Diet may well make the difference between promotion or prevention of the disease."

*  Some research suggests that chlorinated drinking water may be a major factor in breast cancer. --Vegetarian Times, July 1997.

* Monounsaturated fat in the diet--found in canola and olive oils--appears to cut the risk of breast cancer in half.  --Time, January 19, 1998.

*  Underfeeding, completely prevents breast cancer in animals prone to its development.

*  Breast tissue contains large amounts of fat, which is especially prone to free radical damage.  Vitamin E, a most powerful fat soluble quencher of free radicals should be emphasized.

*  A high fiber diet helps balance the female hormone estrogen which helps reduce the risk of breast cancer.  --Prevention, July 1999.

*  This info, along with that given previously should be prayerfully and carefully considered.

An Herbal Breakthrough

Black cohosh, a plant in the buttercup family, has been shown to stop the growth of some breast cancer cells, according to new research conducted by a French pharmaceutical company and funded in part by the National Institutes of Health.

Researchers attribute the cancer-cell death to the agent triterpene glycoside, which is found in black cohosh extract.... --Health.com Dec. 2008.

Comment: Black cohosh is available at the health food store, as well as certain mail-order companies.

Smoking Raises Breast Cancer Risk

Smoking causes lung cancer and is implicated in a dozen other cancers.  Evidence from new studies strongly suggests that smoking increases the risk of breast cancer and warns that girls and young women faced special risks from exposure to smoke.  For them, even exposure to second hand smoke during this critical period of development may increase the risk of breast cancer later in life.

More than this the Canadian panel of experts reports strong evidence that secondhand smoke contributes to pre-menopausal breast cancer.  This report is a summary of the panelists' review of the evidence. The Canadian panel was convened by the Ontario Tobacco Research Unit at the University of Toronto and financed by the Public Health Agency of Canada.  --Riverside California's Press-Enterprise, April 24, 2009.

Cut Breast Cancer Death Risk in Half

Nearly 40,000 women die every year from breast cancer, and 180,000 will be newly diagnosed this year. But there's a simple way to lower your risk of death from this disease: exercise. 5 hours a week of walking (or any moderate aerobic workout) reduces your risk by more than half, according to another study from the University of South Carolina.

And just 20 minutes a day cuts the risk by a third. Researchers call their study, involving over 14,000 women, the first to objectively connect fitness levels and the risk of dying from breast cancer. Will exercise cut your chances of getting the disease in the first place? Other studies say yes--by about 20%. --Health, June 2009.

Comment: While this is not new, it indeed bears repeating!

Discovery of gene in aggressive spread of cancer
Breast examination Scientists have found a gene which may trigger an aggressive form of cancer

Edinburgh scientists believe they have found a gene which triggers the spread of an aggressive form of breast cancer.

The discovery could herald new treatments for the 9,000 women affected in the UK each year.

They have been studying a disease known as HER2 positive breast cancer, which represents about 20% of all breast cancer cases.

It is an aggressive form which grows and spreads more quickly than other forms of the disease.

At the moment it is treated with the drug herceptin, which prevents the cancer cells multiplying. Scientists hope this discovery will help them develop a new treatment.

It will be interesting to see how science finally discovers the reality that many cancers are caused by germs. Yes, genetics play a part in our immunity, but if one wants to do more to prevent cancer, they may want to consider ceasing to eat Leukemia Virus.

On a continual basis I share the truth that most all dairy is infected with Bovine Leukemia Virus in the US. It is a problem world-wide also. I am sure I have already posted in this topic that UC Berkley has an ongoing study seeking to discover if there is a  relationship between breast cancer and Bovine Leukemia Virus. Just a reminded that many of the cancer patients in the study were found to have Bovine Leukemia Virus in their breast tissue. :(  For those who may want to take some preventive measures, Google Bovine Leukemia Virus USDA Bulk Milk Tanks. 100% of the bulk milk tanks of large dairies tested in the US were found to be infected with Bovine Leukemia Virus. Small and medium sized dairies did not fare much better having over 80% of their tanks infected.

When I share this truth with those not of our faith, they are all appreciative of the information. Some have changed their diet to eliminate dairy products and have reaped very good results with their health.

Vast Study Casts Doubts on Value of Mammograms

By GINA KOLATAFEB. 11, 2014

Nearly 75 percent of American women 40 and over say they had a mammogram in the past year. Damian Dovarganes/Associated Press

One of the largest and most meticulous studies of mammography ever done, involving 90,000 women and lasting a quarter-century, has added powerful new doubts about the value of the screening test for women of any age.

It found that the death rates from breast cancer and from all causes were the same in women who got mammograms and those who did not. And the screening had harms: One in five cancers found with mammography and treated was not a threat to the woman’s health and did not need treatment such as chemotherapy, surgery or radiation.

The study, published Tuesday in The British Medical Journal, is one of the few rigorous evaluations of mammograms conducted in the modern era of more effective breast cancer treatments. It randomly assigned Canadian women to have regular mammograms and breast exams by trained nurses or to have breast exams alone.

The Study from The British Medical Journal
According to Dr. John McDougal, the same can be said of mastectomys as well as heart by passes, stints, etc.  During the time he lived and practiced medicine in Hawaii, he succeeded in getting a law passed the required all physicians to fully inform potential mastectomy or lumpectomy patients as to not only any potential problems with the surgery, but complete information as to outcome if they had the surgery, or if they did not have the surgery, and what benefits they could expect. Surgeons were mandated to tell their patients the truth that those surgical procedures have no benefit whatsoever on a woman's life expectancy. The only benefit is to the surgeon's bank account. Dr. McDougal said that getting that law passed cost him his practice in Hawaii. Their were two insurance companies that sold malpractice insurance and both of them were owned by physicians. He could not buy malpractice insurance. He moved back to California.

There are instances where unbelievable corruption and greed drives doctors, hospitals and large corporations that own chains of hospitals. A vivid example of this was a private, corporate owned hospital in Redding California that in the 1990s almost overnight developed a reputation as the "go to" place in Northern CA for patients who needed coronary by passes, and all of the invasive prodecures necessary to diagnose heart problems. There were two physicians, a cardiologist and a surgeon, who saw every one who came in with any symptom at all that might indicate a heart problem. The doctors routinely lied to the patients, (especially if they had good insurance) and using scare tactics convinced them that they needed an immediate by pass. Both of these doctors were aggressive and persistent. The surgeon was quoted as bragging that they did a quadruple bypass on a 24 year old. These men were ruthless criminals also hospital administrators who encouraged it, but it took 3 or 4 years to shut them down after the lone local FBI agent started an investigation.

The hospital was ultimately closed but the US Justice department declined to file criminal charges against the two doctors, even with irrefutable evidence. They got to keep their millions but they couldn't get malpractice insurance, which supposedly prevents them from practicing medicine. Neither of them were actually board certified.
The whole sordid story is documented in the book "Coronary" by Stephen Klaidman

As a side note, the investigation was finally instigated by a "free lance Roman Catholic Priest" who happened to live in the same community south of Redding where my oldest daughter use to live. I didn't know there was such a thing as a "free lance priest," but he is an American who was ordained by John Paul II and makes a lot of money filling in for Priests who needed to be gone for awhile, and for any other occasion that one might need a priest. He is completely on his own. He can charge whatever he wants to for his services.

I think there is value in this study. Some cancers are discovered, but the radiology is invasive. And, treatments are done that need not have been done because of false positives. Then what is to be done about the high breast cancer rate? Remove animal products from the diet.

Univ of California, Berkley  has been studying breast cancer. Did you now that a Leukemia Virus infects some women's breasts that have breast cancer? Some questions being studied there:  Can women infected with BLV pass the virus to their children transplacentally or through breast milk? Are other human organs besides breast infected by BLV (Bovine Leukemia Virus) and could it be associated with cancer in these organs?

Exposure to Bovine Leukemia Virus Is Associated with Breast Cancer: A Case-Control Study

We are blessed with the great amount of light given to us, including that which involves our health. After many years of attempting to point to viruses as a cause of some cancers, the UC Berkeley study which began 15 years ago, looking at the possibility that  Bovine Leukemia Virus (BLV) found in cattle, especially diary cows could be the cause of breast cancer has finally published the truth. "Among the specimens in this study, the presence of amplified BLV DNA was significantly associated with breast cancer." plosone

We have a whole country absorbed in finding a cure for breast cancer, but little has been done to educate on preventing breast cancer except by horrendous surgery. Now that there has been a study that has connected breast cancer with BLV,  have you heard about it? Will you hear about it? After over 20 years of actively warning about the BLV in dairy products and presenting the evidence that cancer can be caused by a virus, the results of this study is a great blessing even though  I  don't believe it is going to make much  difference to most of society.   :(

You will notice that in this study, it was stated that pasteurization kills the infective agent. Because they state this does not make it so. BLV infects a large portion of the population of those countries who are the highest consumers of dairy and meat. Yes, most of us have been infected with BLV. And how did this happen if heat is stopping the  transmission?

We were told over a hundred years ago to only drink milk from our own cow and to "sterilize" the milk. That is a higher temperature than pasteurization. But, we were also told that "soon" because of the increase in disease in animals it would not be safe to continue using eggs and dairy. In other words, "sterilization" of the milk and eggs would not protect us from disease being carried in these products.

Since most of us have been previously infected, it is a good idea to keep our immune system strong and healthy. It  is keeping the  virus from infecting our cells.

We have SDA friends that work in a mega dairy farm. We have been telling them about dairy. However, the wife chooses to listen to those who tell her that soy milk will make her son a homosexual. Amazing !  Therefore they drink milk like there is no tomorrow.

You need to tell them about my kids (both in their 20's) who have both drunk soy milk most of their lives, and are certainly not homosexuals.

Who makes up this stuff?  Have they forgotten the concept of moderation in all things?  One should not pig out on soy milk, of course, but that's no different from any other food or drink.

Who makes up this stuff?

Probably someone connected with the dairy industry.

It is amazing how carbohydrates and soy have been nearly labeled as poison while pork is called "the other white meat" and dairy is said to make strong bones. If a lie is told enough times people believe it.
