It would seem like Boonah are having more than their share of tragedies. Last Friday night a young man got into his car drunk and had an accident and died. Yesterday was his funeral. He was 19 years of age. Not an Adventist. We see too much of this happening in the world.

Father in heaven we pray for the Stallman family this morning, comfort them in their sorrow and bring Jesus to their sorrowful hearts. Amen.

Blessings
Clive

Father in Heaven,
with love in my heart for you I want to praise you for offering your answer for our sin problem in the only begotten Son of your Jesus our Christ.

This sin problem is still happening in the lives of many who are posting or reading here on Remnant Online.

I wish to pray for them who love you but are now under awful attack in the unseen realm where the demons are influencing the thoughts of relatives and friends close to our forum member.

In your love for this one please let the influences of angels and Holy Spirit pull the faith within her/him up -and standing with strength, to ignore the bad words, deeds and events being caused by the ones around this precious believer.

Allow this believer now in this moment of trail to claim bible promises, trust in you Lord and to keep on resisting the way of the flesh to hit back.

I ask, without doubting, for You Jesus our Lord, to reveal your wisdom to that one who is now in turmoil and give them peace of assurance of your supporting love.

Glory be to your name, Amen.

Heavenly Father, we pray for each of our members and their families. We know that each day you allow trials to come. We pray that your Spirit will be in our hearts that we may claim your promise that we will not be tempted beyond what we can bear. It is your desire that our trials will refine us. It is a painful process, but one that will produce much fruit as we abide in Christ. Hear our prayer for our family. Send your Holy Spirit and angels to minister to those in need. We thank you that we have a Saviour and that we can understand at what expense. Give us grace for today, we pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.
Jesus receives His reward when we reflect His character, the fruits of the Spirit......We deny Jesus His reward when we do not.

Happy Sabbath to all.
It is Sabbath morning here (Australia)and today our small girl Chantelle is still in hospital, she has had pneumonia, not real bad but the doctors thought with her condition it was best for her to be in hospital. My wife is planning to go to Central Church in Brisbane with another lady from PNG. If she goes it will be her first time to go to an Adventist church.

Father in heaven this morning I ask that you will be with Chantelle as she is still in hospital, bless her and be with the doctors so that she will be recover and be able to come home soon. Also be with Theresa as she takes Wendy to church for the first time, please stop the devil from putting obstacles in her way this morning, in Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Blessings
Clive

Dear Heavenly Father, I ask also for you to be with Chantelle today. Comfort her and give the doctor wisdom to know just how to help and to discern what can be done  to prevent a re-occurance. Also, please be with Sisters Wendy and Theresa, I pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Matthew 19:13  Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should put his hands on them, and pray:

Our precious Jesus, we know you have looked over Chantelle these few years on earth that she's been around, and we praise you for giving her to believing parents. You are concerned for the wellbeing of Chantelle just as Clive and Theresa are. Please, through your hand laid on her let the infection be totally healed. May she be then rejuvenated to have a stable immune system.
I ask of this in the authority you are invested with, thank you.

amen.

Thanks for your prayers.
Chantelle has just come home and is feeling much better. :)
Wendy did not make it to church as she is flying back to PNG and had other matters that had to be attended to. She asked Theresa to continue to pray for her.
Blessings

I am happy too seeing that your little sweetie is home now  :)

You are encouraging her to learn typing soon aren't you  :) We'll be needing progeny for filling in gapes if the second coming takes more than 8 years.

How long does it take to fly from your Brisbane airport to PapuaNewGuinea ?

Joan

One of my pastors' brother-in-law, Garfield Sargeant, fell 6 stories down a shaft while doing construction in Florida.  Please pray for his recovery, and that God's will will be done in this matter in his life and in the lives of all concerned.  Thanks!

Dave.

Heavenly Father, we ask you to send angels and the Holy Spirit to minister to our Brother Garfield. You have placed a burden on our hearts to pray for him and his family and all involved in the situation. We want you to turn this situation to your honor and glory. It was never your desire to see death, but you have allowed it and will use it for good. There are many people involved and we ask that you work in a way that will reveal your presence. If it can be for your honor and glory and Brother Garfields salvation, we pray you preserve him. Give skill and wisdom to those that are working with him. Comfort the family and give them wisdom to know of your concern. We pray these things in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

We have a request for prayer from a missionary to China. There is a precious soul that we shall call "Sally" that  was brought into contact with this missionary. In this communist country there  are great pressures brought to bear upon individuals. There is little freedom in the workplace. "Sally" is having a great struggle. Please join with us in prayer for "Sally."

Heavenly Father, you know "Sally" and you are speaking to her heart. We ask you to work in a special way for her salvation. Thank you for bringing her case before your people that we may pray together for this precious soul that has been reared without a knowledge of you. You have led her to our missionary friend and good seed has been planted. We ask you to water that seed that it may produce fruit unto eternal life. We pray in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

Father in heaven

You have promised that not one effort for you is ever in vain, (1 Cor.15:58), and so we come to You in confidence, praying for the intervention of Your mighty Spirit in "Sally."

May the joy of the Lord be her strength, is my prayer in Jesus' name.

The following prayer was sent to me email. I have not verified it was given, but thought all would appreciate the truth.

Prayer given in Kansas at the opening session of their Senate. It seems prayer still upsets
some people. When Minister Joe Wright was asked to open the new session of the Kansas
Senate, everyone was expecting the usual generalities, but this is what they heard:

"Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance.

We know Your Word says, Woe to those who call evil good", but that is exactly what we have done....We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values....We confess that. We have ridiculed the absolute truth of Your Word and called it Pluralism....We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery....We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare....We have killed our unborn and called it choice...We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable....We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self-esteem....We have abused power and called it politics....We have coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it ambition....We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it
freedom of expression....We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers   and called it enlightenment.

Search us, Oh, God, and know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and set us free...Guide and bless these men and women who have been sent: to direct us to the center of Your will and to openly ask these things in the name of Your Son, the living Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen!"

Jesus receives His reward when we reflect His character, the fruits of the Spirit......We deny Jesus His reward when we do not.
