Upper Columbia Conference President Steps Down
« on: January 25, 2018, 08:58:47 PM »
It is interesting that the Upper Columbia Conference President is stepping down. The conference is in the North Pacific Union Conference. The selection process must not be at the end of his term since the Conference Executive Committee will be electing the new president. Here is a letter from the NPUC president explaining the process. Let's pray for the UCC as they elect a new leader for their conference. It is time for the church to make sure it has consecrated leaders. We have no kingly authority when it comes to our leaders. The churches in the conference are responsible for its leaders. It may appear at times the conference is a rubber stamp, but only if the churches in the conference allow it to be. The conference constituency meeting is where the power is. If the conference has unconsecrated leaders, it is a reflection of the churches who put them there.

Jesus receives His reward when we reflect His character, the fruits of the Spirit......We deny Jesus His reward when we do not.
