Fulbright died at Florida Hospital Orlando surrounded by family, hospital officials said. Fulbright had worked with Adventist Health System for 25 years. He was a senior executive officer for Florida Hospital Orlando with additional oversight of Florida Hospital Winter Garden before becoming the CEO of the East Florida Region of Florida Hospital in October 2015. He had also held leadership positions at Florida Hospital in Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, DeLand, Kissimmee and Tennessee Christian Medical Center, hospital officials said.
