Daniel is continuing to struggle with his O2 levels. Each change made works for some time, but then he starts having the same difficulty. Praying for a Sabbath rest from his breathing problems.
Heavenly Father, we come before you with heavy hearts for our little brother, Daniel. Thank you for giving him to us and for keeping him alive thus far. You know the end from the beginning and accordingly we have placed his very breath in Your able hands from the start. Should You see fit to heal this child, please act in Your mighty and powerful way. Faith and dependence upon You is being witnessed every hour on behalf of this child to both believers and unbelievers. By Your act, would it not increase faith to all? Your servant said prayer moves the arm of Omnipotence. You heard the plea of Moses and Abraham. Father, we are here asking for Your mercy. How do I petition all of heaven so that this request is acceptable to You? No presumption is in our hearts and we know You will do nothing against the government of heaven that would cause an outcome short of glory to Your Name. That is what we want, God glorified and Your will carried out. We love You. We know You love us. Help us in this most trying hour. Comfort Daniel in his distress, dear Father. You know his every need. Give his parents grace upon grace to endure this bittersweet experience. And help us to help them whatever the outcome. Giver of all good things, read our hearts as we find ourselves void of language to properly express this urgent need. In the Name of Your most precious Son, Jesus, I ask, Amen.
